Got my mom on my mind today, I feel like I’m mostly at peace with it all. But it doesn’t get any easier the older I get, which I used to think it would. You start to realize the little things, she never got to see me graduate, meet any of the girls I was serious with, never met any of my close friends. Won’t be there if I get married or have kids and it could go on and on. So many things I would have said and done differently the last time I saw her and the last conversation we had, that I’ll never be able to take back. So I guess my point is you’ll never know the last time you’ll see someone you love again. I will have to live it that the rest of my life and it doesn’t get any easier so treat everyday like it’s the last, because you don’t know what could happen.
